Victoria Hills Community Centre is programmed by the Victoria Hills Neighbourhood Association. They offer social and leisure programs for all ages. Some examples are preschool, afterschool, children's floor hockey, dance classes, knitting, yoga, Tai Chi, fitness, youth and adult programs. The Belmont Seniors Club also meets here with their primary activity being the card game Solo. Services include special events, free clothing giveaway, Birthday Books for Kids, Library Links, outreach worker, and access to a free counsellor (appointments required). Currently, the centre has a general multipurpose room and 4 smaller meeting rooms. Expansion plans are currently underway.
