Montreal's annual housing crisis
Montreal Gazette: "The city of Montreal has a plan to deal with the housing crisis it faces every July 1 moving day - but it won't be ready in time for this year's annual apartment shuffle... Last year, the city provided temporary shelter at the Polyvalente St. Henri for about 800 people who had no immediate place to go after the leases on their old apartments had expired."

Progress on homelessness tough to see
