Where's Home? 2004

Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association: "A record number of apartments lie vacant in most cities across Ontario, while homeless people still line the streets and 1 in 5 tenants is at risk of homelessness: what’s wrong with this picture? A new report released today by the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association and the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada-Ontario Region entitled Where’s Home? 2004: A Picture of Housing Needs in Ontario shows that despite a recent rise in rental vacancy rates in several Ontario municipalities, more than one-half million Ontarians are without affordable housing."
