Kitchen Table Talk Progress
Over the summer months, the project field workers of the West Central project have held 8 kitchen table talk discussions in Elgin County, 8 in Cambridge and North Dumfries, and 16 in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. This fall, there will be 8 kitchen table talk discussions in the Brant County area.
We are consistently discovering youth and seniors from both rural and urban areas are ‘tuned-in and turned-on’ to many inclusion issues impacting on their lives. They routinely offer concrete and realistic suggestions for change.
The next stage of this project involves important community gatherings in each of the areas this fall.
