Kitchener-Waterloo has become a focus for the province because the current by-election can determine the balance of power at Queen’s Park. We want all parties to defend the best interests of everyone. We care about
the growing economic inequality we see in our community.

Ontario’s economy is recovering, but prosperity is not being shared across society. Instead, a decade of corporate tax cuts are being maintained at a time when good middle income jobs are being lost and vital public services are being cut. This approach to economic recovery hurts families and single adults living in the Kitchener-Waterloo riding; particularly those with low or no income, young adults starting out, people with disabilities, newcomers, visible minorities, First Nations, those unemployed or in insecure jobs, displaced workers and those who are at retirement age.

In this election, ask the candidates where they stand on economic inequality, corporate tax cuts, job creation and supporting public services. Vote for a candidate who pledges to make Ontario’s economy fair for everyone.
